Our experience came about slightly different than most probably! We were purchasing a home but had to have something specific done for the insurance to cover the home before we closed on the home. The roof cap needed to be replaced to satisfy the insurance but had to be done out of our own pocket. Even if the deal didn't go through! We were for sure going to have a problem finding a roofing company to agree to this! When we approached Mighty Dog Roofing of CB, with this type of need, they reassured us that they could handle the job without issue! They sent the agreement to all parties, sellers approved and the job was done! WELL DONE! Mighty Dog Roofing was able to figure out a solution speedy quick and get the job done in the allotted time frame to satisfy everyone!
