On Tuesday after the tropical storm hit my home watch discovered water in my house. I called Mighty Dog Roofing and spoke to Brian Cooper. Very concerned he scheduled an appointment for Thursday AM. His communication skills were excellent. I was in NJ and he was in Naples. He arrived early, did a drone overview of the house and called to inform me that the roof was in perfect condition. Concerned, he asked to examine the area where the water was coming from. He diagnosed it as an air conditioning issue either in the attic or in the condensation pipe. After he left my handyman opened the wall and yes it was the condensation pipe below my slab. What was unusual, he called the next day to ask me what the problem was. Great customer service!! His consultation was free!!

I must say that we were very impressed with Mighty Dog Roofing. A very professional organization. They were competitively priced, very responsive to any issue or question, and the work was completed exactly on schedule. Above and beyond that, the job manager - Brian - stayed in regular communication with us in every step of the process from initial quote to final inspection, and was extremely helpful dealing with our challenging HOA as well as the insurance company and simply made the entire process effortless. This is a top shelf (Top Dog?) organization! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience with Mighty Dog Roofing. When a sudden leak appeared on our 10yo roof, we were pretty shocked. Brian Cooper’s drone services were so thorough, it was easy to see what we could not have seen without his photos!! We had a tile with a hole in it!! The roof had survived two hurricanes, so I guess one small issue isn’t a big deal at first, but water had been collecting and not making it to the gutters for awhile. Brian made sure we were fit into the schedule asap and provided assurance of work being done and completed via texts and photos when we were not there. I trust MDR and I think they are quite competitive in their pricing as well. Thanks for a job well done, and a connection to a great painter to fix the rest of the problem; drywall!!
