I contacted Mighty Dog to complete a free inspection of my garage roof - I originally spoke with the Owner, who was both professional as well as personable. Chris then contacted me within hours and we arranged an appt the very next day. Chris not only showed up, but showed up on time and was incredibly understanding about my unruly dogs. I am far from a roofing expert, but it was obvious Chris is very experienced and knowledgeable. The quote was very fair and I am confident moving forward with the work. I am totally pleased with the job done on my roof! I have a very old house that had what I call “secrets”- things done years before that are not correct today. Chris explained what those things were and how they would be corrected. I asked to see pictures of these areas and he showed them to me. He also worked with me on trying to maintain the budget I had, and to discuss any contingencies. He periodically came around or called to check if I had any questions or concerns ( a big plus never happened with other roofers). Oh yeah, now the roof has a “finished look” around the soffits and gutters! He appears to like his job!
